It all started with a deep dive into research, and deep we did go. We understood the fall and rise of the post-pandemic travel market and what it now means to carefully but wholly vacation. Then, there was an intrinsic learning process dedicated to our competitors' landscape, including direct and indirect competition, the warmth of Thai and Indian hospitality, and key takeaways from our target audience's preferences.
